how to receive a quote

Contact us via our form submission or email us at jason@artbuildersguild.com, with the following information:

  1. List of needs and any relevant design concepts (photos and space layouts are welcome)

  2. Any necessary sizing and material specifications

  3. Budget (if applicable)

  4. Timeline

  5. Any additional info, ex:

    1. Final destination

    2. Any delivery constraints (install requirements / restrictions) 

    3. Any details pertaining to where you are at in your process of the project.

how to place your order

Each piece is made to order. Once the initial details have been discussed, we’ll create custom shop drawings for sign off. To confirm the order a 70% non-refundable deposit is due. The deposit is used to reserve the raw materials in our warehouse for your order.

production schedule

Each piece is made to order in our studio in Denver, Colorado. Depending on the scale of the project, standard production time can range from 8 - 12 weeks. An estimated “ready for shipment” date is specified in the order confirmation. As soon as the order is completed, you will be informed and receive a final invoice. If you would like to receive pictures during the production process to see how your piece is made, don’t hesitate to ask!

If shipment is required, we will send you the best shipment quote. All orders are shipped from Denver, Colorado. All products are carefully packed and can be delivered fully constructed or flat packed with minimal assembly required. Every shipment is insured.
