Shipping

If shipment is required, we will send you the best shipment quote. All orders are shipped from Denver, Colorado. All products are carefully packed and can be delivered fully constructed or flat packed with minimal assembly required. Every shipment is insured.

Materials & Care

Color, grain, and wood character will may vary when compared to a sample. Solid wood normally has marks such as color differences, knots, darker / lighter spots ,etc. These aspects are typical of the material and should not be considered as defects.

Warranty

We guarantee the workmanship and production specifications meet your expectations or we’ll make it right. Our products are designed and crafted for lifetime use, however we are required to outline the limitations of our warranty.

We cover any major warping or glue joint separation. This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse, including but not limited to damage from mishandling, excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse, and damage from improper care or maintenance. This includes scratches, stains, checking, or shallow warping.
